Who can i talk to ?
Very poor project management. External delay internal delay.Poor requirement gathering. underestimate. total project estimation and schedules were not in the right track.
How can i improve? I cnt understand clearly the job role.
I guess boss is tryng to put up an apprentice program. Who will be the next PM?
We are all were put in a project alone and to handle the project from top to bottom
use all skill from project management to technical to functional. analyst to developer.bad management.

kadang2 mugkin mencari peluang lain di luar sana adalah jalan terbaek... Kadang2 ase diambil kesempatan dalam sedar tak sedar kan... Anyway, All the Best Awe!!
