Travel allowance fixed to RM500 (Home-Cyberjaya)

EPF 16% after confirmation.

2k Purchase of XXXXX product.

If u want to know the details i can get the HR Manager to call you.

~"Will i be bonded?"

"If we send you to Ada,Michigan for training yes, you will be bonded for 2 years, but i look at it at least you are secured for 2 yrs."

hahahahahhaha

~"Let me think about it i'll give you the answer tomorrow."

Ok. Think about it, If wanted exposure, meeting new people, travelling in business class, Global implementation, an experienced you cant get in a local company, this is the place."

I will try not to send everybody out for travelling, like xxxx he is also now doing supportn here in Cyberjaya.(Wait for next implementation)

 

The next day, after spending the whole night thinking~ think and getting feedback from friends, and those who are experieced, and from my beloved husband a.k.a best friend.

"XXX, I agreed to the said package, but..can you do adjustment to the basic salary?"

"hahahahha~~i dn't think so"

~"OK. I decided to take the offer, how do i proceed after this?"

 

"OK. I will submit for approval from HR Manager and they will prepare the Offer Letter as well as medical check up form, as simple as that"

"I will notify you"

Wow! a very short converstion indeed! I really dont know how to negotiate. After all, they have offered me 25% more compare to my basic salary, plus phone,travelling, purchase allowance.. i thi think that is quite a lot. Problem is...it will show in the EA form which i have to submit to IRB.

 

But to those friends that has given me advice.thank you so much.i still got 3 month to turn down the offfer. Hahahaha..Just in case company counter back offer. Think again...Who knows, they might offer up to 6xxxk ngeh ngeh ngeh.. to my friend an Oracle DBA...he is earning 9-10k monthly and he is only 26 yrs old. gosh! He is still young.

 

The workload is there of course. Tgk tahan ke tak tahan can or cannot cope. aduhhaaii. Hopefully im making the right decision.

 

Again, to all of this, money can't buy happiness!

 

For the time when i am away from home~ i will be really dependant on technology, My husband and I did a small chat at night, We will video call each other and the kids. He also reminded me that..the more you get the more you need to donate to the less fortunated..Baik Abang!

 

If really that implementation is in Germany, (Syukur Alhamdulillah, itu rezeki-hopefully dekat ngan kak Ifah, else in US..leh cari Maksu and family kat Houston, De kt London,Connie dekat UK.hopefully~~) InsyaAllah.
